Positive: It was a quiet location and the room was basic and comfortable.
Negative: The place was just purchased by the owner and there was no ice available, no vending machines, and no breakfast even though that was stated on the site in the price. The desk person was brand new , but she did her best at getting checked in. I hope they figure it out.

Positive: The lady that runs the front desk in the morning or that does the breakfast in the morning the lady named Maria she is amazing. She does very well and having breakfast ready and she's so friendly and she's so kind and she is a dang hard good worker I'll tell you that much and if you ever get a chance to stay at the Brentwood make sure you go eat breakfast and you'll meet Little Miss Maria she's awesome we enjoy seeing her thank you
Negative: The only thing I don't like about the Brentwood is you have no desk person from 9:30pm or 9:00pm to 8:00am in the morning or 7:00am or when Maria comes in but no desk overnight I'll just feel like I was a little dangerous and unsafe
Summary: I will be returning to the Brentwood Everytime I come to town.

Positive: Front desk staff / guy was very nice. Hotel was extremely run down and grungy. Husband said the shower pressure was great (I did not use). The office / front area closes from 10 pm - 8 am so although they advertise coffee / breakfast unless you are hanging around until after 8 am you cannot access anything. Personally I would not stay again, it appeared that most of the men staying were working in the area. I was not comfortable but my husband said there was nothing wrong with it, especially for the price.

Positive: Easy check in. Large room. Able to regulate temperature. Comfy bed.
Negative: The electricity went off through the night. So we had no power no wifi, no lights making it impossible to shower in the morning. No apology nor explanation of what happened. The corridor was very dark with even no emergency lightning while trying to leave.
